God Wants Me To Know….

Today, Anita, we believe God wants you to know that …

to love is to be vulnerable.

Love is the opening of the heart, the welcoming of your beloved. Loving is not secure, authentic loving is risky. Security lies behind the walls of a closed heart. You either invite the union by opening in love, or you secure the isolation by closing down.

I wanted to share this, as it rings so true. I use this app on FB called “Daily Message From God”, now just to make myself clear I do realize these aren’t actually words from God. What they are however, are little daily messages that offer words of encouragement. I can’t tell you how many times I have opened them just to find the perfect words that I needed to see. This evening has been a little rough and as I sat down to my laptop and popped onto FB this was one of my notifications…my new daily message. As I opened and read the words…I honestly believe that they were meant for me to see at that very moment. I really do believe that God speaks to us in many different ways, and I can’t imagine that he could have said anything more meant for me today.

  1. Still Loving Him says:

I’m getting that app on my FB.. Another FB group I like is https://www.facebook.com/MarriageWorks I swear reading their post everyday helps me. Sometimes when I’m really low and questioning everything I’ll pop on their page just for a different perspective.

I hope your night gets better.

  2. WOW! I love that, I’m definitely tweeting this post.

I’m so sorry you are having a tough evening. But thanks for paying love forward.
